Customers who have purchased one of our applications can take out a support contract with us. This provides for support by telephone to help with the use of the application. On-site visits for training or other purposes can be carried out by agreement. Remote access to the customer system allows for economical remote support.
We have several ways in which customers can purchase support from us:
Standard support is available during normal UK working hours. Extended support may be available subject to prior negotiation.
Product maintenance entitles customers to receive upgrades and corrections to the software.
Many small businesses have few or no dedicated IT staff within their organisation. Those with dedicated IT staff sometimes require supplementary skills in some areas.
For example, staff may have expertise in Microsoft Windows but not have the same level of skills with Unix or Linux.
Infotop can often provide those additional skills when needed. This can be done at a much lower cost than employing full time staff with the equivalent experience.
