Software Support

Customers who have purchased one of our applications can take out a support contract with us. This provides for support by telephone to help with the use of the application. On-site visits for training or other purposes can be carried out by agreement. Remote access to the customer system allows for economical remote support.

We have several ways in which customers can purchase support from us:

Standard support is available during normal UK working hours. Extended support may be available subject to prior negotiation.

Software Maintenance

Product maintenance entitles customers to receive upgrades and corrections to the software.
