Infotop D2000 is a multi-user application software package designed to support the task of managing a distribution and warehousing organisation.
D2000 is built in six major product modules which combine to form a powerful complete multi-company business system. These are:
Infotop's Ledgers are a set of three modules which can be used in stand-alone form: Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Nominal Ledger. They can also be used in conjunction with our D2000 package which is designed for automatic Info-ledger integration.
Each of these modules can be installed separately so we are able to tailor each implementation to suit the exact needs of each user. In other words.... Each module is a powerful product in its own right giving its' users control and flexibility. As they are combined the modules form a comprehensive business management system which enabes directors and management to assert a high degree of control over day-to-day operations.
Ledgers are multi-currency multi-user products.
Because of the way it is written all transactions are recorded
and the system updated as each entry is made.
The ledgers are date driven which is jargon for saying that
you don't have to close one period
before you can start posting items to another.

Mbond is a multi-user application software package. It is designed to take the effort out of controlling the distribution of goods from bonded warehouses. MBOND produces the paperwork required by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for tax warehouses.
Those of you who have operated a bonded warehouse scheme of control will be all too familiar with the level of control which you are required to demonstrate to your Local Excise Officer. We are delighted to introduce MBOND as a tool which you can use to provide the controls you need with the minimum amount of effort.
The first thing to make clear is that MBOND is equally at home either with bonded warehouses which distribute products on behalf of others or simply distribute their own products for onward sale.
